A lot of wrestlers have a great fan base and their fans have a tremendous amount of respect for them, both while they are alive and after they die. This is why some dead wrestlers, particularly dead pro wrestlers continue to have so many fans. It may come as a surprise for people who are new to the sport of wrestling to learn that dead professional wrestlers sometimes have even more fans then those who are living but this is all a part of the great sport that is wrestling.

Wrestlers deaths have gained a lot of attention in the media and there have been many calls by people opposed to the sport who look at all the wrestlers who have died and try to claim that it is the sport that is killing them. This is because, even though there may be serious health risks associated with professional wrestling, it is also the case that there are a lot of unfounded claims and accusations by people who have not looked into the issue.
